The beauty of life

Just another day of driving back home after a long arduous day at college, or was it?

The past couple of months has been witness to many changes happening in my life, and if there is one thing that i can happily highlight from it- is the gift of a bit of perspective.

What do I mean by perspective? (Random rumblings coming up...)

  • Perspective is looking at the bigger picture always.
  • Eliminating all possible breakdowns of mood swings
  • Not giving in to excuses
  • Standing up and being counted
  • Taking matters into one's own hands
  • Seagram's tag line is very powerful...It's your life- Make it large.
  • Challenges are fun after all now is the best time for it.
  • Making people around you smile, is a mantra to be worshipped
  • Doing good and not worrying about the returns
  • Being true to oneself
  • Work your ass off, but never fail on a commitment made for a task.
  • Have mouth, will talk.(Critics come and go)- 'Don't worry, be happy' courtesy Bobby McFerrin.
  • Learn from everything and one around you. They all have knowledge.
  • and most importantly get high on life.
Often, i wonder, how to unwind from all this work, but I've realised sleep and rest can wait for now...(Sadly, life doesnt have  a 'refresh' button)... What i'd love is a nice long drive with my windows rolled down...not a worry in my head and enjoying each passing moment of this wonderful life. The moon in its full beauty is a sight that never fails to captivate me.

After all, Mr John Keats was bang on when he gave us his bit of perspective- A thing of beauty is a joy forever.

I sometimes wonder how amazing a gentle sea breeze with the roads illuminated by moonlight will be. That is something, i know, i will experience.

People will come and pass by your life- Make an impact, bad or good, preferably the latter, but don't ever force the issue. After all 'Whatever will be, will be'...right?
(a bit crappy sorta advice there,eh?)

Anyway, so with regards to how I started this write up, driving down with the moon in its full glory, made me scream out in the air, how much I loved life. Happiness. That worked for me despite everything that's happening in life (we all have our shit happening, don't we?)...

Everyone must have something that makes them stop and smile, and just forget about everything else...(perspective, Ha!)What's yours?
